WhatsApp Lite Error on Launching App on Mobile

1️⃣ Review the Policies

✅WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy: Check here
✅Meta Commerce Policy: Check here

Ensure your messages comply with WhatsApp’s guidelines regarding promotional content, spam, and restricted products/services.

2️⃣ Appeal the Restriction
You can submit an appeal through:
✅ WhatsApp Business Manager → Go to Account Status and appeal the decision.
✅ Meta Business Support → Submit a request here

3️⃣ Check for Recent Activities
✅Did you send bulk promotional messages without user consent?
✅Did you share restricted content (e.g., financial services, adult content, or medical products)?
✅Did you receive high user reports for spam?

4️⃣ Switch to Official WhatsApp API
✅If you are using third-party tools for automation, Meta might have flagged them. Instead, consider using Meta’s Official WhatsApp Business API via providers like Interakt, WATI, or Twilio

5️⃣ Backup Your Data & Re-register
✅If the account remains restricted:
✅Backup your chat history from WhatsApp Business settings.
✅Try re-registering the number after a few days (if eligible).
✅Consider using a new number for WhatsApp Business if necessary.
