How to Set Up WhatsApp Alerts and Create a Template ?
Step 1 : Go to the Settings option.

Step 3 : In Module Settings, choose the module you want to activate and enable the WhatsApp Alert option.

Step 4 : After activation, go back to the Settings option.
Step 5 : Select WhatsApp Templates under the settings.
Step 6 : Choose the module for which you want to create a template.
Step 7 : Once inside the selected module, pick the template and start writing the message

While writing the message, make sure:
- Do not use the "Enter" key to go to the next line; keep the content in a single line.
- Avoid adding excessive spaces between words.
- Only use the variables that are by default mentioned in the message template.
