How to open Online Ticket? Who can open Ticket?
Ticket can be opened by either customer or enterprise for issue reported by customer. If customer is opening ticket, He / She has to login to the login control panel provided by provider company or Service desk or help desk team can open after login to service desk account provided by company.
If Service Desk team is opening ticket for customer’s reported issue-
Logon to Borg Suite ------ > Go the “Service Desk” Module -------- > Click on “Open New Ticket” Menu in the side bar ------ > Fill all the details -------- > Click on “Submit / Create” ---------- > Ticket is opened successfully as shown below-
